About Ecosapiens

Details

Ecosapiens is a blockchain-based climate rewards platform that funds carbon removal projects by issuing digital collectibles (NFTs) backed by carbon credits. Users purchase and hold these NFTs, each representing a certain amount of carbon offset, and can upgrade them through a "carbon infusion" mechanism to increase rarity. The platform offers Ecopassport to track users' carbon footprints and points, Ecomarket for trading carbon-offset digital goods, and Ecolink for enterprises to provide sustainability labels and customer loyalty rewards. Ecosapiens plans to use a DAO to let NFT holders participate in allocating funds and governance for climate projects. Its core mechanism tokenizes carbon credits, leveraging blockchain transparency to ensure verifiable environmental impact, while gamification incentivizes continuous user participation in climate action.
