About Eco
Eco is a non-custodial stablecoin cross-chain intent network. It provides a unified API that lets developers move or swap stablecoins across 16+ chains and 240+ directional pairs in one signed action, with typical fulfillment in 20–40 seconds.
Its core products include Routes (cross-chain transfer and swap), Programmable Transactions (atomic multi-step operations), and Permit3 (unified token approval). The network uses per-intent vaults that release rewards only upon cryptographic proof of fulfillment, eliminating bridge risk and stuck funds. It also supports destination calls and compliance hooks at the solver layer.
The market pain point Eco addresses is the fragmentation of stablecoin liquidity across chains. Traditional bridges suffer from poor UX, gas requirements, partial settlement, and intermediate funds getting stuck. Eco solves this with atomic settlement and a non-custodial design where users retain control of funds at all times.
In the past six months (Feb–Aug 2026), Eco launched Permit3 in February, enabling unified token approvals across chains. In June, it opened public testnet for Programmable Addresses, allowing developers to build deterministic deposit addresses. The network also expanded its solver set and added support for additional stablecoin pairs.
One notable negative event: in November 2025, a vulnerability was found and patched in the vault verification logic. No user funds were lost, but the incident delayed the mainnet rollout by several weeks.
Eco positions itself as a programmable stablecoin network, with the core goal of making stablecoin cross-chain movement programmable money. Key milestones include: launching Eco Routes, an intent-centric architecture with an open solver network and decentralized provers verifying cross-chain results, enabling trustless, permissionless stablecoin transfers across chains, with universal addressing for non-EVM chains such as Solana, serving as a base layer for higher-order programmable applications.
Another long-term milestone is the TRON integration, connecting the world's largest USDT liquidity into a unified cross-chain network, allowing TRON's ~$86B circulating USDT and vast payment ecosystem to interoperate in real time with other chains, improving market depth and reducing slippage.
These nodes mark Eco's evolution from a single product to cross-chain liquidity infrastructure, with long-term significance in providing an uncensorable, composable execution layer for the stablecoin economy.
On August 12, 2026, Eco launched Any-to-Any Swaps, enabling cross-chain swaps of any tokens via Routes API, with LayerZero settlement by default, covering all EVM chains and Solana. This feature requires no contract upgrades and reduces operational burden, a major positive.
On July 9, 2026, Eco integrated with TRON, making TRON part of its unified stablecoin network, connecting over 391 million users and enhancing cross-chain liquidity, a major milestone.
