Details

ENKI is a liquid staking protocol built on the Metis network, designed to lower the barrier for participating in Metis' decentralized sequencer nodes. Users can deposit Metis tokens into the protocol to receive 1:1 pegged eMetis and seMetis representing their staked position, with the latter accruing value from node rewards. Through mechanisms such as delegated staking and node operations, the protocol allows users to earn sequencer rewards without running nodes themselves, while maintaining asset liquidity for DeFi use cases like lending and trading. The ENKI token is used for governance and reward boosting. The protocol adopts a dual-token design to enhance compatibility with various DeFi protocols.
