About DigiBuild
DigiBuild is a construction supply-chain software company founded in 2017, serving general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers with AI and blockchain record-keeping applied to procurement. It targets material management, the leading driver of construction overruns: quantity takeoffs, multi-supplier quoting, order tracking and payment documentation are scattered across email and spreadsheets. DigiProcure starts from an uploaded drawing set, automatically generates material takeoffs and requests quotes from more than 10 suppliers at once, tracks orders and deliveries in a unified dashboard, and automates payments and contract paperwork; the blockchain layer builds an immutable truth timeline for every transaction, turning procurement, contract and lien-waiver records into an auditable trail that can be verified in disputes.
The platform also offers DigiEndeavour packaged delivery including labor, charging a 2% to 5% procurement rate against the 20% to 40% markups of traditional subcontracting. Its blockchain records are an attestation layer inside a SaaS workflow rather than a standalone on-chain settlement network.
In 2026, DigiBuild announced no new funding, acquisition or partnership; the most recent verifiable round remains a $1.3 million seed extension in May 2023 backed by Cartography Capital, Gaingels and Valhalla Ventures.
As of October 2026, DigiBuild's website still leads with DigiProcure: a drawing set is turned into a material takeoff, RFQs go to more than 10 suppliers at once, and the company claims roughly 5% better material pricing and a 50% cut in material-management hours, with Procore, Autodesk, Sage and QuickBooks wired into the same workflow.
DigiBuild has published no 2026 roadmap; the likely direction is to link RFQ, ordering, delivery tracking and invoice auditing into one chain and repeat it across more general-contractor and subcontractor accounts.
