About DAC
DAC's development path centers on its dual-token architecture and quantum-resistant infrastructure. A key milestone was the launch of the Inception L1 testnet on April 18, 2026, which introduced the Proof of Quantum Work (PoQW) consensus and Quantum Entropy security mechanism. This testnet allowed users to earn Quantum Energy (QE) through faucet claims, staking, and on-chain activities, with all rewards carrying over to mainnet. Another significant step was the preparation for DAC's first blockchain node deployment, marking the transition from theoretical design to actual network operation. These events establish the foundation for DAC's long-term vision of quantum-safe blockchain infrastructure, positioning it as a pioneer in post-quantum cryptography integration. The project's roadmap includes quantum wrapping of legacy assets and RWA tokenization, aiming to bridge traditional finance with quantum-secured decentralized systems.
DAC (dachain.tech) made significant strides in H1 2026. In April, it launched the Inception L1 testnet, targeting everyday users with a faucet, Quantum Crates, referrals, and a burn-to-earn QE model, all designed to carry rewards to mainnet. On August 31, DAC secured a $1M strategic investment from Unicorn Crypto Ventures, its first publicly disclosed backer, validating its post-quantum security approach.
Officially, DAC's roadmap centers on a mainnet launch within ~18 months, transitioning from the Quadrans fork to a fully independent chain. Core priorities include quantum-resistant infrastructure via Proof of Quantum Work (PoQW) and Quantum Entropy, a dual-asset economy (DACT for governance, DACC for fees), and enterprise-grade workflows. Future phases target real-world asset tokenization, DeFi, and AI integration, with third-party audits pending to substantiate quantum claims.
