Cytus Protocol

Cytus Protocol is a DeFi protocol focused on real-world assets (RWA), with its core business tokenizing off-chain private credit into on-chain, tradable credit positions. The protocol uses Arrangers--entities that originate credit demand and channel liquidity to real borrowers--while on-chain participants hold corresponding yield-bearing tokens. USDY is an overcollateralized, rebasing stablecoin used inside the protocol; its supply adjusts with underlying-asset yields, providing a pricing and settlement medium for credit positions.

CTS is Cytus Protocol's utility and governance token, using a veCTS (vote-escrow) model in which users lock tokens for governance weight and yield share. By mapping traditional private-credit due diligence, cash-flow distribution, and collateral management onto smart contracts, Cytus aims to lower the investment barrier to RWA credit and improve allocation transparency. The protocol positions itself as a credit-intermediation layer connecting on-chain capital with off-chain private-credit markets for structured products seeking real-asset yield.
