About CrowdBrain
CrowdBrain is a robotics DePIN on Solana that turns remote teleoperation into a screenable supply: users practise driving arms and mobile bases in simulation, are certified through a quality assurance process, and are then routed to real robots for grasping, inspection, data collection and failure recovery. It spans hardware, the data pipeline and incentives, and the real-world manipulation data collected is used to train embodied AI models.
It addresses scarce and expensive robotics training data by organizing dispersed operators into a dispatchable workforce through onchain incentives. On June 26, 2026 it took the grand champion title at Colosseum's Solana Frontier hackathon, chosen from 2,857 submissions across more than 150 countries, winning 30,000 dollars and a place in the fifth accelerator cohort; the team had already completed a simulation-to-real teleoperation pilot.
Over the past six months, CrowdBrain's most significant milestone was winning the grand prize at the Solana Frontier Hackathon in June 2026, the largest crypto hackathon to date with over 10,000 participants and 2,857 submissions. The team won with its vertically integrated robotic DePIN network, which provides remote operation, data collection, and fault-recovery services for real robots, and was admitted to Colosseum's Accelerator Cohort 5.
Officially stated future development focuses on building the "human and operating layer for Physical AI," advancing the convergence of Solana and robotics. It plans to use simulation training and QA certification to select operators, while token incentives coordinate distributed contributors supplying real-world data and compute. The roadmap emphasizes scaling real-robot deployment, accumulating physical-world training data for embodied AI, and further maturing its decentralized infrastructure.
