Corpus

Corpus is a Web3 product development studio based in Mittweida, Germany. Its core business is to rapidly prototype blockchain-based applications, test them in the market, and spin successful ones off into independent companies. Four products have been developed so far: Tokenize.it, a platform for token-based corporate financing and employee participation that replaces traditional ESOP/VSOP structures with a GmbH token; dm3, a decentralized messaging protocol with end-to-end encryption; GasHawk, a tool that reduces Ethereum transaction fees and checks transactions for unwanted side effects; and Hiero, an AI assistant that lets users interact with the Ethereum blockchain through natural language.

The market pain points Corpus addresses are clear: traditional employee equity plans are often broken and fail to give top talent real ownership; Ethereum transaction costs are unpredictable and can be prohibitively high; existing messaging protocols lack decentralization and privacy; and blockchain interaction remains too complex for average users. Corpus's competitive edge lies in its deep Ethereum roots and its venture-studio model, which allows it to build and test products quickly without depending on external funding in the early stages.

In the past six months (March 2026 to September 2026), Corpus has continued to push its products forward. Tokenize.it won the special Web3 award at FTGA2025, and the team has been running webinars on employee participation programs. The company's website traffic remains modest at around 4,800 monthly visits, and its workforce has grown to 14 people, with a presence in Germany and Zambia. No significant negative events have been reported during this period.
