About CoUnity
CoUnity is an ambassador management service that positions itself as the bridge from audience to advocate. Its approach embeds strategy, design and technology into community operations: it drafts strategic blueprints aligned with growth targets and brand tone, builds engagement systems that turn passive audiences into active participants, uses analytics to locate what works, and provides secure, organised spaces that scale with the brand.
Case studies cover rapid community growth and Discord server reactivation, and the project lists clients including EigenLayer, Jump, POKT, Caldera, Inco, Ritual and Gnosis. Its diagnostic framework enumerates common community failures such as missing direction, flat engagement, no metrics and chaotic channels, with an engineered fix proposed for each. Delivery runs project by project through diagnosis, architecture design and space build-out in stages, and case studies are published.
In January 2026, CoUnity co-founder and CEO Dan Rodman laid out the "Go to Community" method on a podcast, arguing for audience segmentation, gamification and intrinsic motivation over pure acquisition spend, and described building EigenLayer's ambassador program along with moderator workflows and community dashboards.
CoUnity's published case work includes EigenLayer, whose head of community credits the team with turning a support-focused server into a genuinely participatory space, Pocket Network, where activity and retention rose after a Discord rebuild, and Jump's Sky Club and Jump News communities. Delivery runs through four phases, from discovery and custom strategy to build-and-launch and ongoing optimization, covering community roadmaps, engagement systems and analytics.
CoUnity plans to productize ambassador programs and points systems, prove retention and contribution ROI with reusable community metrics, and replicate the model across more infrastructure and DeFi projects.
CoUnity recently experienced a key team change: Ozier Zarouq Khan departed in June 2026, after serving as Divisional Director (APAC) since September 2025. During his tenure, he contributed to community growth and regional strategy. No new hires were reported during this period.
