ClubNFT, founded by Jason Bailey (Artnome), completed a $3 million seed round in October 2021, co-led by Galaxy Digital and Galaxy Interactive, to build NFT infrastructure.
In June 2022, it launched its backup tool at NFT NYC, offering collectors one-click backup of NFTs and associated IPFS files. By November 2022, it had backed up over 6,000 collections, 800,000+ NFTs, and nearly 3.5 million IPFS files.
Co-founder & CEO Jason Bailey: Renowned crypto art blogger, founder of Artnome, early NFT collector since 2017, first collector on SuperRare, former senior curator at Kate Vass Galerie, and founder of the GreenNFTs initiative.
Co-founder & CTO Chris King: Former Google software engineer (6 years), previously held CTO/VP roles at legaltech and fintech startups.
CFO/COO Danielle King: Former manager of painting and sculpture at MoMA, with Wall Street experience and dual Ivy League degrees, overseeing finance and operations.
