About Circulor
Circulor is a company offering digital product passport and supply-chain traceability technology that helps businesses prove compliance claims across the full path from material origin to production. Its approach stresses trustworthy supply-chain data, applying differentiated assurance levels to links of different risk in the chain and building a defensible compliance record.
The project targets firms that must meet regulation such as due-diligence rules for batteries and critical raw materials, turning compliance requirements into evidence standards across the supply chain and identifying high-risk facilities and requesting and monitoring compliance in a single workflow. Its digital product passport solution covers industries such as automotive, and it publishes metrics like vehicles on the road with traceability, traceability records, passports issued and rare materials traced back to the mine to show the scale of tracing.
On February 12, 2026, Circulor partnered with UK lithium refiner Tees Valley Lithium to record feedstock origin and recycled content at batch level ahead of the 2027 EU battery passport requirement. It completed its first battery energy storage system passport pilot on June 5, formed a collaboration with Bureau Veritas on June 23 covering battery passports and supply chain due diligence verification, and launched Circulor 2.0 on July 29 with first customers already live, as the EU digital product passport registry opened for enrolment on July 20.
Figures disclosed by Circulor in October 2026 cover 1.4 million vehicles on the road, 1.2 billion traceability records and 624,000 digital product passports across 175 facilities in 44 countries.
Circulor will extend from battery passports into EU digital product passport and forced labour compliance, scaling issuance before the mandatory February 18, 2027 deadline.
