Chainstack

Chainstack is a blockchain infrastructure provider that offers node hosting and RPC (Remote Procedure Call) services. In simple terms, it helps developers connect to various blockchain networks without having to set up and maintain their own nodes. Its core services include global nodes (auto-load-balanced RPC endpoints), dedicated nodes (isolated high-performance instances), self-hosted solutions (running nodes on the customer's own cloud or servers), and archive data access. It supports more than 70 blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Solana, and Base.

The main competitive strengths are multi-chain support, low latency and high availability from globally distributed nodes, transparent pricing based on request units, and enterprise-grade security certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Chainstack addresses common pain points in blockchain development: running your own nodes is operationally complex, costly, and hard to scale, while public RPC services often suffer from instability, rate limits, and high latency. In the past six months (March to September 2026), Chainstack's notable progress includes launching a self-hosted solution that lets customers deploy nodes on their own infrastructure while keeping a unified management interface; being among the first to support Robinhood Chain (an Ethereum Layer 2 network for finance and tokenized assets) in both managed and self-hosted modes; and introducing a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows developers to query on-chain data through AI assistants. These moves show Chainstack expanding its multi-chain support while also moving toward enterprise and AI integration.
