About Candle

Candle has moved from a single-channel livestream plus launchpad into an agent-native memecoin launchpad and trading terminal for Solana and Robinhood Chain. It targets creators who lack distribution and a first buyer, traders who lack real-time signals and a cross-chain entry, and AI agents that lack a permissioned, capped execution channel. Tokens launch on a bonding curve, priced in SOL, USDC or the platform token on Solana and graduating into a Meteora pool, or in ETH and USDG on Robinhood Chain graduating into Uniswap; creators can reserve supply for stakers and keep collecting creator fees, while humans and agents share one market, with agents trading through scoped API keys, a CLI and a model-context-protocol server.

Making humans and automated agents compete in the same order book treats the launchpad as infrastructure rather than a campaign page, with the hard part being how agent limits and risk controls reach the matching layer. In October 2026 the site and docs were rewritten around the agent terminal, the CLI reached version 0.11, the model-context-protocol server exposes 31 tools, and Robinhood Chain, live on mainnet since July, is supported. Revenue after the shift comes mainly from issuance and trading fees.

Updated: Oct 30, 2026

Over the past six months, Candle has iterated rapidly from a trading terminal toward agentic infrastructure. Between August and September 2026, its Hood launch stack was redeployed twice, culminating in the launch-stack-v2 generation at block 63312133 with economics pinned into the factory contract. From October, the focus shifted to agent-facing APIs and commercial tiers, with free/pro/max plans (100/50/25 bps fees) and agent staking going live.

Trading capabilities expanded in parallel: custom curves launched on October 17, Hyperliquid perpetual routes reached production on October 18, Solana creator buys switched to atomic launch bundles on October 24, and max slippage was capped at 50% on October 30. On November 1, public agent position reads and live liquidity evidence endpoints went live; together with the token_card MCP tool released on October 28, third parties can verify token safety and agent performance without API keys, closing the loop from launch and trading to audit.

Candle's public roadmap points to deep attribution of on-chain activity to agents, providing a verifiable data foundation for third-party auditing and portfolio management. The official docs plan to accept CNDL for subscription payments, linking staking and subscriptions into a closed loop. Hood chain contract integration generations will keep expanding, requiring integrators to branch on block height rather than date to accommodate three coexisting generations. New features follow a staging-to-alpha-to-production release cadence, with some (e.g., live liquidity evidence) defaulting to off until activated; no specific timeline has been disclosed.
