Blend is a peer-to-peer perpetual lending protocol for NFTs within the Blur ecosystem. It allows borrowers to use NFTs as collateral to borrow ETH, while lenders provide funds via off-chain quotes, with interest rates and terms determined freely by the market. The protocol does not rely on oracles, loans have no fixed maturity, and borrowers can repay at any time; lenders can exit by triggering a Dutch auction, and liquidation occurs if the auction fails.
