About Bitcoin For Corporations
Bitcoin For Corporations (BFC) is an executive membership network for public and pre-IPO companies, co-founded by Strategy Inc. and BTC Inc., that helps firms manage and operate Bitcoin as a treasury asset on the balance sheet. By BTC Inc.'s count, member companies hold roughly 69 per cent of all Bitcoin on corporate balance sheets.
Its services fall into four groups: marketing and exposure, which frames raises, purchases and corporate moves as a durable narrative; research and intelligence supplying benchmarks, frameworks and execution standards; networking that connects peer executives, capital providers and industry voices; and deal flow channelling investor access and partnership opportunities. Tooling includes a Bitcoin treasury simulator that replays how a ticker would have performed with part of its cash in Bitcoin, a shareholder proposal generator that walks a verified holder through producing SEC-compliant text asking a company to evaluate a Bitcoin treasury strategy, an index integrity tracker and related dashboards. The organisation also runs in-person symposiums, publishes an annual corporate Bitcoin adoption report, and operates a newsletter and video series.
Alan Helm — Co-Founder; promotes Bitcoin treasury adoption and advises firms to allocate 1% to 2% of cash to Bitcoin.
Michael Saylor — Co-Founder; executive chairman of Strategy, launched the initiative with Bitcoin Magazine in 2024.
