About BitOasis
BitOasis, a leading crypto platform in the MENA region, was founded in 2016 by Ola Doudin and others. A key milestone came in 2023 when it obtained a full cryptocurrency license from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), becoming the first broker to receive such approval. This regulatory achievement solidified its position in the UAE. Another significant event occurred in July 2024, when India's CoinDCX acquired BitOasis, marking the exchange's entry into the Middle East and North Africa market. The acquisition followed CoinDCX's earlier strategic investment in August 2023, and it enabled BitOasis to expand its services across 15 countries while maintaining its brand and leadership.
