About BYEX

BYEX is a digital asset trading platform covering spot, derivatives and wealth-management products. Matching runs on a central limit order book with price-time priority and differentiated maker and taker fees, while the system pairs an in-memory matching engine with a distributed cluster so capacity can be scaled out when volatility spikes order flow.

Custody separates hot and cold wallets, with the bulk of user assets held offline and only working balances kept online, backed by multi-factor login checks and real-time monitoring for anomalous trading; core contracts were audited by CertiK. The platform token BYB is an ERC-20 asset on Ethereum with a total supply of 500 million. It went live on 28 June 2025 with a BYB/USDT spot pair and is used for fee discounts, VIP market tools, new listing subscriptions and staking products, with a separate allocation reserved for liquidity management and market regulation. On 31 December of the same year the platform halted all order placement and trading for BYB and BY, and opened a buyback at 0.1 USDT per BYB that holders can execute inside the app.

Major developments: BYB was listed on CoinMarketCap on June 28, adding its market data and project profile; the platform previously obtained MSB licenses from US FinCEN and Canada's FINTRAC plus a license from Cambodia's SERC.

Buyback and burn: The platform runs a recurring buyback-and-burn program, regularly using 20% of net profit to repurchase BYB on the open market and burn it on-chain, steadily reducing circulating supply.
