About BRKT

Details

BRKT is a blockchain-based prediction market platform that introduces a bracket-style prediction model, allowing users to predict outcomes of sports, politics, entertainment, and more. Its core product BRKT supports up to 256 participants, enabling creation of custom competitions such as NCAA basketball, NFL finals, and esports. The platform uses smart contracts (CompetitionFactory and ContractRouter) to enable permissionless creation of prediction markets, and offers three competition types: basic competition, predictable competition, and paid predictable competition. Features include customizable registration fees, competition expiration epochs, and DeFi-inspired prize distribution mechanisms. The Hookt sub-product provides a mobile swipe-to-bet experience, integrating social elements and algorithmic recommendations to simplify user participation.
