About Astros

Astros is a perpetual contract DEX deployed on the Sui network, also offering DEX aggregation functionality. Its core business includes aggregating liquidity from multiple DEXs within the Sui ecosystem to find optimal trading routes, and operating its own perpetual trading platform supporting leveraged trading of multiple assets.

Its core competitiveness lies in two aspects. First, deep integration with the NAVI lending protocol, connecting lending capital with derivatives trading to form a closed capital loop. Second, collaboration with the Walrus storage protocol to launch the WVTS (Verifiable Trading Standard), publishing all trading data to decentralized storage, ensuring verifiability, public readability, and enabling AI models to directly consume on-chain trading data.

Regarding market pain points, on-chain derivatives have long faced issues of fragmented liquidity, opaque trading data, and difficulty in third-party verification. The WVTS standard makes trading records independently verifiable. The Astros Scan platform integrates account activity, positions, and execution history into a unified view, and introduces an AI trading profile feature called Trading DNA.

Development status: The platform launched in October 2025 and has completed integrations with wallets including OKX, Binance, KuCoin, and Gate. Since April 2026, all trading flows have been written to Walrus, accumulating over 22 million records. In August 2026, the WVTS standard and Astros Scan tool were officially released. No significant negative events have been identified.

Updated: Sep 4, 2026

Over the past six months, Astros, a leading perp DEX on Sui, has made significant strides in data transparency and AI-readiness. In April 2026, Astros began publishing its full trade flow to Walrus, accumulating over 22 million records by August. On August 6, 2026, Astros and Walrus Protocol officially launched the Walrus Verifiable Trading Standard (WVTS), an open standard for publishing verifiable trading data. WVTS ensures records are independently verifiable, publicly accessible, and structured for AI consumption via an MCP layer. Concurrently, Astros launched Astros Scan, a trading intelligence platform offering a live market dashboard and Trading DNA—an AI-generated profile of user trading behavior. Looking ahead, Astros plans to open-source the WVTS specification, reference implementation, and developer toolkit under Apache 2.0, enabling any venue on any chain to adopt the standard. This aims to foster an open data ecosystem where developers can build analytics, wallets, and trading tools once and support multiple venues, while AI agents can reliably act on verified on-chain trading data.
