Details

Argus (website and Twitter handle both point to AerCompliance) is a payment compliance platform for AI agents. It auto-issues virtual cards to AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT via an MCP server, with real-time policy controls (spend limits, merchant whitelist/blacklist). The platform provides complete audit trails recording the full decision chain for each transaction, plus human approval queues and anomaly detection. Users manage cards, funding pools, and compliance policies via API or dashboard. Its core mechanism is JIT (Just-In-Time) fund authorization, ensuring agents can only spend pre-approved amounts.
