About AllUnity
AllUnity is a German regulated e-money institution issuing MiCAR-compliant stablecoins, currently offering EURAU (euro-pegged) and CHFAU (Swiss franc-pegged). Its core business is providing fully reserved, 1:1 fiat-backed digital tokens for cross-border payments, treasury management, and on-chain settlement, available on Ethereum and Solana.
Core competitiveness lies in its regulatory compliance under BaFin and EU MiCA framework, combined with multi-bank reserve custody and multi-chain deployment. It addresses market pain points such as slow and costly traditional cross-border transfers, lack of regulated non-USD stablecoin options, and opacity in reserve management. By offering transparent, redeemable, and compliant euro and franc stablecoins, it enables instant 24/7 settlement, reduces counterparty risk, and improves liquidity efficiency for businesses and financial institutions.
In the past six months (2026-02-28 to 2026-08-28), AllUnity launched CHFAU on Ethereum in February 2026, becoming the first fully reserved MiCAR-compliant Swiss franc stablecoin. In April 2026, EURAU went live on Solana to enable faster and cheaper euro-denominated transactions. In July 2026, the company joined the Stablecoin Frequency Transaction Initiative (SFTI) to advance regulated stablecoin infrastructure. No major negative events were reported during this period, though the stablecoin market remains subject to evolving regulatory scrutiny across jurisdictions.
Recent team changes at AllUnity: Board member Thomas Cowan departed in May 2026, having served since May 2024. Cowan has extensive experience in digital assets, previously at Galaxy Digital and Paxos. This change comes after AllUnity obtained Germany's BaFin MiCAR license and launched the EURAU stablecoin, but the core management team remains unaffected. No other team changes are currently known.
