AllDefi

AllDefi is a yield layer on Canton Network that keeps assets on Ethereum and moves ownership to Canton. A user deposits USDT on Ethereum, the funds enter a vault address protected by multi-party computation custody and are deployed into statistical arbitrage and market-neutral strategies, while a certificate representing the sole claim on principal and yield is issued on Canton.

The three-layer design puts custody and yield in the asset layer, converts vault state changes into Canton settlement triggers in the connection layer, and issues transferable certificates in the equity layer. Transferring a certificate completes a change of ownership while the underlying assets stay put and keep compounding, which gives a position liquidity without unwinding it. Vaults also collect Canton network incentives and pass them to depositors, stacking them on strategy returns.
