About AIW3.ai
AIW3 is a decentralized intelligent execution platform built on Solana, offering what it calls Agentic-as-a-Service infrastructure. Its core business lets users create, package, and monetize trading strategies as on-chain assets. Instead of being a traditional exchange or bot, AIW3 provides a pipeline where traders can turn their logic into auditable strategy contracts, which others can subscribe to with automatic settlement.
Its main differentiation lies in the strategy packaging and distribution layer: every strategy is standardized with metadata such as entry/exit conditions, execution frequency, and risk metrics like Sharpe ratio or max drawdown. This turns scattered trading ideas into composable, reviewable on-chain products. The project also runs a points-based incentive system with monthly airdrops, aiming to bootstrap both strategy creators and subscribers.
Market pain points AIW3 addresses include the loss of trading edge when strategies are shared privately, the lack of transparency in copy-trading, and the high barrier for non-technical traders to automate their logic. By making strategies auditable and tokenized, it attempts to solve information asymmetry in strategy distribution.
In the past six months (March to September 2026), AIW3 conducted its Genesis airdrop snapshot on July 28, launched an eligibility checker on July 29, and held its TGE on August 3, distributing 12% of the 1 billion token supply. It also announced an ecosystem integration with OpenClaw in this period. However, the conversion formula from points to tokens was not disclosed before TGE, and anti-Sybil measures have been strict, with multi-account farming leading to permanent bans. Users also face real financial risk since earning points requires active trading with actual funds.
In April 2026, AIW3 completed a $2 million seed funding round led by Buffalo Capital, with participation from GalaXin Capital and Three-stones Ventures. This round drove AIW3's transition to an Agent-as-a-Service (AaaS) on-chain execution paradigm, offering callable strategy services, autonomous agent orchestration, and native vault-coordinated capital flows, with its core protocol infrastructure entering a fully verifiable real-time operation phase.
Subsequently, AIW3 received strategic investment from Liquid Capital, further validating its vision of deep integration between AI agents and on-chain transaction execution, and promoting the expansion of its decentralized agent network. These funding milestones lay the foundation for building a system-level next-generation on-chain execution layer, holding long-term significance.
