Binance has resumed HYPE and APT withdrawals

According to the official announcement from Binance, the platform has resumed withdrawals for HYPE and APT.

Binance stated that as security checks are completed, more assets and networks will be gradually restored for withdrawals. Previously, the platform had resumed withdrawals for certain assets on the Ethereum and Solana networks.
