According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tether, which holds approximately 11.5% of Juventus shares, will participate in the €250 million capital increase plan proposed by major shareholder Exor, contributing €28.8 million (approximately $32.16 million) according to its shareholding ratio.
At the shareholders' meeting, Tether abstained from voting on other ordinary resolutions, including the approval of the financial report showing a loss of €66 million, the appointment of directors, and the executive incentive plan. In December 2025, Tether had proposed to acquire all shares of Juventus from the Agnelli family holding company but was rejected.
