SpaceX has reached a financing lease agreement for GPU equipment with Apollo, with total principal payments expected to reach 40 billion USD

The U.S. SEC filings show that SpaceX has signed a binding primary financing lease commitment with Apollo Global Management.

According to the agreement, Apollo will purchase GPU clusters and related equipment and lease them to SpaceX, with the total principal payments under the related lease arrangements expected to reach $40 billion.
