CFTC: S&P 500 futures net short positions decrease

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) reported that for the week ending October 20, net short positions of speculators in CME S&P 500 index futures decreased by 42,221 contracts, to 348,674 contracts.
