Strive completed a $630 million preferred stock financing: SATS annual dividend yield 15%

Strive announced the completion of a $630 million financing through the issuance of preferred stock. The newly issued SATS shares are priced at $90, with a par value of $100, an annual dividend yield of 15%, and an actual yield close to 16.7%. The daily cash dividend plan is set to begin on November 9, pending board approval.

From October 12 to 16, Strive also purchased 4,045 bitcoins, increasing its bitcoin holdings to 36,818. ASST closed up over 13% on Wednesday, at $30.75, marking the third consecutive trading day of gains.
