Nebius Group N.V. secured $3.5 billion in preferred secured financing for global AI cloud computing expansion

According to TheEnergyMag, AI cloud service provider Nebius Group N.V. has secured a $3.5 billion Senior Secured Financing Facility from Citibank, which will be used to support its global AI cloud computing expansion.
