Nasdaq-listed company Alpha Modus acquired 3,170 bitcoins through a stock swap

Nasdaq-listed company Alpha Modus announced that it acquired 3,170 Bitcoins through a share swap, valued at over $250 million, thereby expanding the company's Bitcoin holdings.

The company exchanged 51.6 million shares of stock and corresponding warrants for the aforementioned Bitcoins. This transaction expanded Alpha Modus's asset base but simultaneously diluted the equity of existing shareholders.
