Ondo Perps adds 3x leverage OpenAI Pre-IPO contracts

Ondo Perps has added a 3x leveraged OpenAI Pre-IPO perpetual contract. This perpetual contract features an independent pricing mechanism.

It pays funding fees on an hourly basis, unlike the fully collateralized OPAIPon spot notes, and excludes U.S. users from participation.
