According to CCTV News, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated during an interview on October 21 local time that Ukraine could reach a peace agreement while retaining control over at least 75% of its territory.
The host asked Zelensky whether he would be willing to accept a peace agreement that would freeze everything as it is, with Ukraine still holding 75% or more of its territory. Zelensky answered affirmatively, stating, "Now we must freeze (the front lines), this is a practical way to end this war."
