On the eve of TOKEN2049 Singapore conference, WasabiCard gathers stablecoin payment institutions to discuss new trends in global capital flow
On October 6, the themed event will focus on on-chain capital markets and the real-world payments of stablecoins. Representatives from institutions such as Circle, Visa, Lotus Technology, NIUM, Plume, Safeheron, WIDTH, Mirae Asset, and AWS will participate in discussions.

Global stablecoin payment infrastructure service provider WasabiCard announced that it will hold the themed event "Stablecoin & Payments: Funds Flow" in Singapore on October 6, 2026. The event will take place at Raffles Singapore and will adopt an invitation-only tea discussion and themed forum format, gathering industry participants from stablecoin issuance, card payment infrastructure, institutional-level real-world assets, digital asset services, payment security, and technology fields.
Stablecoins are becoming an important infrastructure for global capital flow. The accelerated connection between on-chain settlement and real-world payments is also changing how businesses manage funds, conduct cross-border operations, and reach global users. This event will center around the narrative of "funds flow," discussing on-chain capital markets and the real applications of stablecoins, focusing on the collaborative relationship between digital assets, traditional financial networks, and global business scenarios.
The discussions will focus on two main industry lines. The first line will address the on-chain capital markets, covering tokenized assets, on-chain liquidity, market structure, institutional participation, and global settlement systems; the second line will focus on the scaling application of stablecoins, discussing the product capabilities, cooperation mechanisms, and compliance foundations required for scenarios such as cross-border payments, merchant acceptance, global issuance, corporate fund management, and daily payments.
Vidit Agrawal, Vice President of Partnerships and Business Development for Circle Asia Pacific, will participate in the event, engaging with industry representatives from payments, digital assets, and fintech on the stablecoin ecosystem and real-world payment applications. WasabiCard has previously been included as a member of the Circle Alliance Program. This event will further gather builders of the stablecoin ecosystem, payment infrastructure service providers, and participants in the corporate application field to promote industry exchanges between different segments.
Currently announced participants also include Komil Desai, Head of Crypto Partnerships at Visa US, Dr. Daxue Wang, CFO of Lotus Technology, Yogesh Sangle, EVP APAC of NIUM, Shukyee Ma, Co-founder of Plume, Yifan Zhang, General Manager of South Asia at Safeheron, Chye Kit, Co-Founder & CEO of WIDTH, Kelly Sohn, Head of Digital Asset Strategy at Mirae Asset, and David Sung, representative from AWS. The complete guest lineup and related event information will be gradually announced through WasabiCard's official channels.
"Stablecoin payments are entering a phase of scaling application, and the industry needs to discuss assets, settlement, payment networks, and real business needs in the same context," said Ray Yang, Co-founder and CEO of WasabiCard. "We hope to gather practitioners from different fields through Funds Flow to form viewpoints that facilitate product implementation and industry collaboration. We also welcome industry peers who come to Singapore during TOKEN2049 to participate in the event and engage with us on-site."
As the event organizer, WasabiCard will combine business practices in global issuance, global payments, and embedded payments to bring a payment infrastructure perspective to on-chain capital markets and the real applications of stablecoins. The company hopes to establish a continuous industry dialogue through this event, exploring more scalable connections between stablecoin funds, global payment networks, and real business.
