Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark announced the completion of a $2.276 billion debt financing for its data center project located in Sandersville, Georgia, USA.
The bond has an interest rate of 7.875%, and the raised funds will be used for project construction and to repay previously invested equity funds. The Sandersville project comes with a 20-year lease.
