ARK analyst Lorenzo Valente stated that Uniswap completed approximately 140 million transactions in August this year, surpassing the total number of transactions on both the Cboe BZX and NYSE American trading platforms. NYSE American, a subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange, has been operating since 1908, while Uniswap was launched in 2018; five years ago, Uniswap's monthly transaction volume was only about 2 million transactions.

Valente noted that in terms of transaction volume, the next target for Uniswap to catch up with is NYSE Arca, which completed approximately 232 million transactions in August.
