Axis Robotics, a physical AI data platform, has launched pre-registration for the AXIS community sales

Axis Robotics, a physical AI data platform deployed on Base, announced that it has opened pre-registration for the community sale plan of its utility token AXIS, which is supported by Sonar under Echo. The subscription window opens on September 21 at 13:00 and closes on September 28 at 13:00; settlement will begin after the window closes, aiming to complete within a few days (targeting September 30).

Sales terms indicate that the token price is $0.10, corresponding to a fully diluted valuation of $100 million; the planned fundraising scale is 1 million USDC, corresponding to 10 million AXIS, accounting for 1% of the total supply. The individual minimum subscription limit is $100, and the maximum is $100,000, with the settlement network and currency being USDC on Base. The unlocking arrangement is that 10% will be unlocked at TGE, followed by a 6-month lock-up period, with the remaining 90% released linearly over the subsequent 6 months. If there is oversubscription, it will be allocated proportionally, and any unallocated USDC will be automatically refunded at settlement.

Previously, Axis Robotics completed a $12 million seed round financing, led by Hack VC, with participation from Nomad Capital, Pi Core Team Ventures, 10K Ventures, and angel investors.
