The London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company tweeted that its Chief Financial Officer Albert Soleiman has reached an agreement with the board to immediately resign from his position as a director of the company and will step down as Chief Financial Officer after an orderly transition period. The company's former Chief Financial Officer, current Financial Director, and Project Manager Mario Visconti will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer after Albert Soleiman's departure.
