NOFX core contributor Tinkle accuses ChainOpera AI testnet of plagiarizing its open-source AI trading system code

The core contributor of the open-source AI trading operating system NOFX, Tinkle, posted on the X platform stating that a test network operated by the ChainOpera AI Foundation has directly deployed a version of the code that was released a month ago.
Tinkle indicated that the other party only modified the logo and its position in the UI, but the "Nofx" brand identifier remains in the code, and the homepage text is almost identical, with no prior communication ever taking place.
Tinkle revealed that their system has rapidly iterated over the past month and has integrated with seven exchanges, including Binance and OKX. Before making a public statement, the team attempted to contact the other party through private channels, and if there is no response, they will retain evidence and may take further action.
Tinkle emphasized that they adhere to the spirit of the AGPL open-source license, advocating that the use, deployment, and improvement should remain transparent and attributed. Their team consists of 12 members, and the product aims to allow users to generate quantitative strategies through natural language.
