Virtuals Protocol launches the Genesis tiered staking mechanism to achieve a balance between demand and fairness

Virtuals Protocol announced the completion of the Genesis mode upgrade, introducing three staking levels, requiring the staking of 21,000, 42,000, and 100,000 VIRTUAL tokens, aimed at achieving a balance between demand and fairness.

According to the new mechanism, 7% of the token supply will be allocated to the community, 6% will be used to provide liquidity, and 2% will be allocated to veVIRTUAL holders, totaling a circulating supply of 15%. Virtuals Protocol stated that this mechanism ensures that points have structural value from day one, helping to attract higher quality developers and projects to participate in ecological construction.
