SharpLink Q2 Financial Report: Holds 728,804 ETH, Net Loss of $103.4 Million

ChainCatcher news, according to official information, SharpLink Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ: SBET) today announced its quarterly financial results for the period ending June 30, 2025, and updated the rapid expansion of the company's Ethereum asset strategy.

SharpLink has raised over $2.6 billion through PIPE, at-the-market (ATM) offerings, and registered direct offerings to drive ETH acquisitions, having acquired and held 728,804 ETH. SharpLink has staked nearly all of the ETH it holds, and to date has earned approximately 1,326 ETH in rewards.

The net loss for the second quarter reached $103.4 million, primarily due to a $87.8 million non-cash impairment from the decline in LsETH asset prices and a $16.4 million non-cash equity incentive related to the Consensys strategic agreement. Revenue for the same period was $7 million, with a gross profit of $2 million. SharpLink has reached a strategic partnership with Consensys to further advance its ETH asset management strategy.
