美国财政部制裁卢布稳定币 A7A5 及倒闭交易所 Garantex 相关实体与个人

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，美国财政部外国资产控制办公室（OFAC）对由卢布支持的稳定币 A7A5 及已倒闭的交易所 Garantex 相关公司和个人实施了制裁，并指控其帮助莫斯科绕过国际制裁。
此前，加密交易平台 Grinex 将 Garantex 的客户资金转移至 A7A5 代币，以在查封后恢复访问权限。该代币由吉尔吉斯斯坦公司 Old Vector 发行，专为俄罗斯用户设计的跨境结算平台 A7 LLC 创建。
