according to CoinDesk, digital asset management company Two Prime has completed a $20 million equity financing, led by MARA, with participation from Susquehanna Crypto.

It is reported that Two Prime is an investment advisor and institutional lender registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), currently managing approximately $1.75 billion in assets, with its yield strategy focusing on institutional-grade risk management.

In addition to acquiring equity in the company, MARA will also increase the amount of Bitcoin allocated to Two Prime's institutional-grade yield strategy from the original 500 BTC to 2000 BTC.
