Aptos Labs collaborates with Jump Crypto to launch the storage network Shelby

ChainCatcher news, Aptos Labs and Jump Crypto announced the launch of the storage network project Shelby on June 24, 2025. According to the announcement, the project is positioned as a hot storage solution to support high-frequency Web3 applications, claiming to achieve sub-second data retrieval and compatibility with multi-chain ecosystems.

The project plans to launch a developer test network in the fourth quarter of 2025, and will subsequently support blockchains such as Aptos, Ethereum, and Solana. Currently, organizations such as Metaplex and Story Protocol have expressed their intention to participate.
