Vikram Nagrani has served as a Director of the Avalanche Foundation. He has played a significant role in the development of Gibraltar's Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) regulatory framework, including participating in the drafting of the Regulatory Guidance Note for Gibraltar's DLT Regulations and assisting in the development of Gibraltar's Token Regulatory Framework.In addition, he co-authored two manuals on virtual currencies for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime as a training and educational resource for law enforcement agencies and regulators.Vikram graduated from Cardiff Law School and qualified to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales and Gibraltar in 2001.
