She also founded the Suna Said Foundation, which works to support girls throughout the world through Blockchain technology applications. Prior to founding Nima, Suna was an Executive Director and Investment Officer of Unifund, Inc., a multi-billion dollar international investment firm. Suna is an active member of numerous charitable organizations and educational institutions, and was a speaker at the 2015 Milken Institute Global Conference. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc., a national organization that inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold through direct service and advocacy, and was a 2015 Women of Achievement honoree for uniquely inspiring girls to set goals and achieve their full potential. Suna also serves on the board of directors of the Chopra Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving health and well-being, cultivating spiritual knowledge, expanding consciousness, and promoting world peace, as well as Pure Edge, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to bringing scholars success through focus and mindfulness.
