Dr. Steven Waterhouse (SEVEN) is the CEO and Co-founder of Orchid Labs. Orchid Labs is developing an open source protocol to open up the entire Internet to everyone. From its inception in 2013 until July 2016, Steven was a partner at Pantera Capital, focused on blockchain investments. He served on the board of Bitstamp till 2016. Steven was a Co-founder and CTO of RPX (Nasdaq: RPXC) and previously Director and founder of the Honeycomb product group at Sun Microsystems. He holds a PhD in Engineering from Cambridge with a focus in speech recognition and machine learning. Steven is an avid waterman and loves the kelp-filled cold waters of the Pacific west coast.

Jasper Lewitton
As President of Pantera, Jasper drives and oversees the strategic vision, direction, and operational management of the firm. He has over twenty years of leadership experience across Global Investment Management firms. For close to a decade, he served as Business Unit Head and Senior Leader at Bridgewater Associates, where he managed and transformed the Investment, Client, and Operational areas of the firm. Prior to Bridgewater, Jasper held several senior strategy and operational roles, including Global Head of Strategy at UBS, Head of Alternative Investment Strategy at Citigroup, and COO of Citigroup's Real Estate private equity business. He started his career at The Boston Consulting Group and has worked in the US, Europe, and Asia. Jasper has a LLM from the University of Cambridge and Finance, Economics, and Law degrees from Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he grew up.

Eleanor Hughes
Eleanor Hughes is the General Counsel at Binance.Hughes joined Binance’s Legal team in November 2021. She was subsequently promoted to be the Head of Legal for APAC and MENA, where she oversaw matters in the two regions and managed a team of lawyers specializing in regulatory affairs, M&A, commercial law, and litigation. She was instrumental in securing virtual asset service provider licenses and registrations for Binance in several jurisdictions, including Bahrain, Dubai, and New Zealand. Eleanor is an accomplished legal professional with 15 years of experience in both private practice and in-house roles. She graduated from the University of Cambridge with First Class Honors and, prior to joining Binance, spent more than ten years at US law firms including Skadden, Arps, Slate, and Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, where she focused on litigation and contentious matters.
