Richard Rosenblum

Details

Rich is a Co-Founder and President of GSR, leading the group in strategic initiatives and growth. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 11 years between New York and London in commodities trading as a Managing Director and Global Head of Crude Oil and Derivatives Trading. Before joining GSR, he worked on the buy-side, managing energy trading teams at two New York-based hedge funds. Rich holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Columbia University.

Hart Lambur

Hart Lambur is Co-founder of UMA Protocol. He is a believer in Universal Market Access and decentralized finance. Previously, he was the founder of Openfolio, a trader at Goldman Sachs, and a Computer Science graduate from Columbia University.

Richard Kim

Richard Kim is General Partner at Galaxy Interactive. Richard’s experience spans investing, trading, law, finance, management and strategy. He joined Galaxy as COO in May 2018, before joining Galaxy Interactive in Dec 2018. Prior to Galaxy, he was the COO of Global Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets Trading at Goldman Sachs from 2015-18. From 2012-15, he worked at J.P. Morgan, where he was the Co-COO of Global Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets Trading, and prior to that was the COO of J.P. Morgan’s electronic trading franchise for FX/EM. From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a derivatives and regulation attorney at J.P. Morgan. From 2007-10, he worked as an attorney in Cleary Gottlieb’s financial products and markets group. Richard also served as an adjunct professor at New York Law School. He earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2007 and studied philosophy and economics at the University of Washington, from which he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2004 at the age of 18.

Alan Konevsky is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer at tZERO. Previously held senior roles at Mastercard, Goldman Sachs.

Sam Peurifoy

Sam Peurifoy is a Partner and the Head of Interactive at Hivemind. In this capacity, Sam leads Hivemind's gaming and metaverse investments, venture pipeline, and early-stage token deals. In parallel with Hivemind, Sam is the CEO of Playground Labs, a sister organization that houses talented engineers to build protocols that drive the economic engine of the web3 metaverse. Sam is a founding member and participant of multiple DAOs and has a direct hand in shaping protocol design across myriad ventures. Prior to Hivemind and Playground Labs, Sam was the Director of Finance at Floating Point Group, a full-service institutional cryptocurrency trading and custody services provider. He's held positions within Goldman Sachs' Global Investment Research division with a focus on Clean Tech and has authored dozens of works across finance and the sciences. He has additionally authored patents in both the energy and nanomaterials sectors. Sam holds a PhD in Chemistry from Columbia University and a BS in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Miami.

Tony Zhang

Tony Zhang is the co-founder of Footprint Analytics. He has worked in financial companies such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch. Tony earned an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University from 1994 to 1996.

Cristian Gil

Cris is the Chairman of GSR. Prior to GSR, he worked as a commodities trader for nine years at Goldman Sachs in New York. Since then, he has managed an active portfolio of investments across the technology, real estate, hospitality, and media sectors. Cris obtained a degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Jonathan Loflin

Jonathan Loflin is the Chief Risk Officer at GSR. Before GSR, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager managing all aspects of the global derivatives relative value business at Mariner Investment Group (Coria Capital). Prior to that, he was Partner & Senior Portfolio Manager at BlueMountain Capital Management, running similar strategies. He started his career as a derivatives quant at Goldman Sachs, focusing on interest rate products and counterparty credit risk management. Mr. Loflin studied Artificial Intelligence & Finance at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning two Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree at the same time. He also completed the MIT Sloan Executive Program in Management & Leadership.

Rituraj Yadav

Rituraj Yadav is the Founder & CEO of Sonic Wallet. He has an undergrad in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University, New York. He started his career building large-scale distributed cloud systems at Microsoft Azure and got intrigued into working on blockchain. After Microsoft, He worked as Senior Engineer at Zenefits where he built Zenefits Payroll and Zenefits International Contractor Payments - the systems process billions of dollars in transactions. Later, he joined WhatsApp (owned by Meta/Facebook) where he worked on building WhatsApp Payments that provided financial services to hundreds of million people across the globe.
