Margaret Rosenfeld is the Chief Legal Officer of Cube Group, Inc. and has over 26 years of experience in corporate, financing, strategic, and securities law. Previously, she held positions at Deltec International Group, K&L Gates, and other international law firms. Margaret co-founded and chaired K&L Gates' global Digital Assets, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency practice and has been active in the cryptocurrency industry since 2015. She served as the Honorary German Consul for North Carolina from 2014 to 2021 and holds a law degree from George Washington University and a B.A. from Rutgers University.

Ian Wittkopp started at Sino Global Capital in mid-2017 and has led the investment team in 50+ deals spanning token and equity in key verticals like DeFi, GameFi and crypto adjacent infrastructure. As COO, Ian overseas all team components daily across four continents as they produce best in class research, evaluate 100+ projects per week, and provide top-tier post investment support. Previously, Ian spent six years as an economist and budget analyst at the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington, DC. At the BLS he worked on inflationary indexes in the Producer Price Index program before moving to the budget office and overseeing day-to-day execution of a USD $600M+ annual budget. He also led special projects including a ten-person team that worked with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to establish a joint survey on small business credit conditions. Ian also spent time as a product manager for an insurtech start-up, Bowtie Life Insurance. At Bowtie he led the launch of a digital microinsurance product that aimed to increase coverage among foreign workers from the Philippines and Indonesia who moved to Hong Kong for employment. Ian received his bachelor’s degree from the American University in Washington, D.C. and his MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Katie Biber is the Chief Legal Officer at Paradigm, leading the firm's legal, regulatory, compliance and policy functions. Previously, she was Chief Legal Officer of Brex, a fintech startup reimagining financial systems for growing companies. Before Brex, Katie was General Counsel of Anchorage, a digital asset bank and platform, and she has also held leadership roles as General Counsel of Thumbtack and Senior Counsel at Airbnb. Additionally, Katie serves on the boards of directors of Anchorage, Code for America and Protocol Labs. She is a veteran of political campaigns, having served as General Counsel to Romney for President in 2012. Katie holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from George Washington University.

Aya Kantorovich

Aya has worked intimately with over 60 portfolio companies prior to joining FalconX to expand adoption in the ecosystem. Prior to Pantera Capital, Aya was an Investment Manager at Tegus, a buy-side investor research startup focused on TMT investments, joining as the team’s first-hire and scaling offices in both San Francisco and Chicago. Aya graduated with a double major in International Affairs and Finance from the George Washington University.
