Louisa Bai is the Head of Stablecoins at Mysten Labs, leading strategic partnerships and investments, focusing on stablecoin infrastructure, payments, and institutional collaborations to drive on-chain dollar adoption. Previously, she served as Director of Partnerships and Crypto Strategy and Partnerships at Stellar Development Foundation, National Blockchain Market Leader at Deloitte Canada, Senior Manager of Blockchain Business at TD, Vice President of Equities at Credit Suisse, and Associate in Investment Banking at Standard Chartered Bank. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Economics from Louisiana State University.
