Jeremy Millar is the Chief Of Staff at ConsenSys, oversees many of the Enterprise activities and strategic initiatives of the firm. He also is the Board Member at Gnosis Limited.Previously, Jeremy Millar was founder and managing partner of Ledger Partners. Jeremy began his career as one of the first Java architects at Oracle, before moving into sales management and strategy roles, both within Oracle and at a number of start-ups. He went on to complete his MBA at Oxford University before joining the M&A team at Goldman Sachs.

Phil Davis

Phil Davis is the CFO at ConsenSys, oversee ConsenSys’ finance and accounting functions, including expanding the company’s pioneering treasury strategy. Davis joins ConsenSys from Afiniti, where he was the company’s CFO. He brings a variety of other experiences from earlier in his career, including investment banking at Goldman Sachs, strategy and corporate finance consulting at McKinsey, and advanced data science and algorithm design experience at the MIT Media Lab and MIT Lincoln Lab.

Robby Greenfield

Robby Greenfield is co-founder and CEO of Umoja, former head of social impact at ConsenSys, and an alumnus of Goldman Sachs, Cisco Systems, and Amazon. He earned an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Emory University, where he worked as a social enterprise and Alliance fellow.

Derek Lam is Head of finance at Mask Network and was previously an investment partner at Altive. He graduated from Oxford University.

Leon Marshall is the CEO Europe at Galaxy Digital. Presively he was Managing Director, Global Head of Sales at Genesis, Strategy and Business Development at Gnosis. He graduated from Oxford University in the United Kingdom and New York University in the United States.

Joseph Lubin

Joseph Lubin is the co-founder of Ethereum and the founder of ConsenSys, a blockchain application development firm. He also helped to establish the non-profit Ethereum Foundation and the VC fund ConsenSys Mesh, which invests in decentralized blockchain applications. Lubin holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University. He is building the decentralized Web 3.0 on Ethereum.

Lucy Gazmararian

Lucy Gazmararian is Founder and Managing Partner at Token Bay Capital, a Hong Kong based early-stage venture fund which invests in digital assets and blockchain companies with a focus on Asia Pacific. She is also a Board Member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and the Founder of Women in Crypto, Hong Kong. Prior to founding Token Bay Capital, she was a senior leader of PwC’s Global Crypto team where she advised entrepreneurs, start-ups, and financial institutions on their Crypto and Blockchain projects. She also worked with many of the world’s central banks and other regulatory bodies to help formulate their crypto asset policies. Born and raised in Hong Kong and educated in the UK, she graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Modern History.

Ajit Tripathi

Ajit Tripathi is currently a strategic advisor at Polygon Labs, the leading ethereum scalability solution, assisting the institutional and Defi teams frequently as well as Growth, DevRel and marketing occasionally. The last five years of his career have been devoted to building bridges between financial institutions and the crypto/internet of value ecosystem. This includes launching Aave Arc, the first permissioned Defi protocol for Institutions, building banking and payments rails for Binance and Paxful, advising crypto startups, driving the buildout of the fintech practice for ConsenSys and building the UK Blockchain Business for PwC.

Terry Rossi

Terry Rossi is the Co-Founder & CEO at Woah. Previously, he was the investment director of Blockchange Ventures, a founding team member of Tachyon Accelerator, and an investment analyst at ConsenSys. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Princeton University.

Cameron Winklevoss

Cameron Winklevoss is the Co-founder and President of Gemini, a next-generation Bitcoin exchange. He graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and earned an MBA from Oxford University. In 2008, he represented the United States at the Olympics Games in Beijing, China, where he placed 6th. Since 2003, Cameron has been an angel investor and entrepreneur in emerging technologies. He began participating in the Bitcoin economy through direct investment in 2012.

Mason Nystrom

Mason is an Investment Partner at Variant. Prior to joining Variant, Mason was a Sr. Research Analyst at Messari focused on Web3 protocols and cryptoassets. Before Messari, Mason worked at ConsenSys as a Content Marketer focused on marketing strategy for ConsenSys and its portfolio companies. Mason first entered the crypto industry as an Analyst at Gatecoin, the first cryptocurrency exchange to list ether, Ethereum’s native cryptocurrency. Mason obtained his Master’s in Business Management at Hong Kong Baptist University.
